Refund Policy

In what condition do we accept product exchange and/or refund?

1. Subject to the terms and conditions in this Return and Refund Policy, Dropshipii dropshippers are only allowed to return products within 7 calendar days from delivered date under the following circumstances:
  • Manufacturing defects (Not caused by Logistic)
  • Wrong product (Mismatch with Product Listing)
  • Missing item/quantity
  • Incomplete sets/parts
2. Kindly note that Dropshipii will not be responsible for unauthorized parcel returns.

3. You are advised to reach our Support Team with supporting proofs before any action.
Product return policy and procedures

1. Stay Calm and Contact Us.

2. In the issue of customer complain or a request for return or refund, please stay calm and contact our customer service team at our website.

3. Our support team is available on Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 5pm.

4. Procedures:

    (A) What do we need to verify for the item that is allowed for exchange or return?
    In most cases, we will need your assistance to snap a few photos or video (handphone standard is good enough, no need studio photography) of the item, showing us where is the problem or defection and we will get it processed together with order ID as well.

    Please take note Dropshipii will not responsible or bear on any return fees.

    Supplier will be responsible to absorb the resend fees or any charges occurred when supplier choose to resend the items to buyers.
    (B) Courier Mishandling
    Our Help center will assist you with suggestions.
    • Dropshipii’s help center will assist and educate you on how to deal with the dispute issue (only for courier mishandling and claim issue) on shopee platform.
    • Dropshipii’s help center act as the third party to help you to liaise with the supplier and your customers.
    • If any failed of claim courier mishandling happened, Dropshipii will not taking any responsibility of the return and forward shipping fee from the platform.
    (C) What's Next?
    You are advised to keep an eye on the case and may need to respond in a timely manner. Dropshipii will not be responsible for any decision if you failed to respond to our help center within 48 hours and Dropshipii retain the right for the final decision.

    *Please take note all the decision throughout this process is based on the decision between supplier and the marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada).
    (D) How long does it take?
    The product return or refund normally takes about 7-14 working days to complete.

    But it takes two to tango, we need to work as a team to resolve the issue. Dropshipii will try our best to shorten the process with your help in getting the necessary information.
    (E) Communication with Buyer
    Dropshipii does not liaise with end users. We need your help to liaise directly with your buyers because they know you.
5. Refund or replacement will not be applicable for the following circumstances:
  • No prove
  • Not satisfy, order wrong item, change of mind
  • Over guarantee 7 days from delivery date
  • Missing original packaging
  • Any item that has been worn, or altered
  • Used items (for cosmetic and other personal items such as undergarments)
6. All Dropshippers should contact our customer support for approval before sending anything to us and before returning any item(s).

7. Dropshipii will not be responsible for any returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

8. Please take note if you return without our notice or over the return period (7 days), Dropshipii reserve the right for not responsible or bear on any charges that might incurred.
Compensation for Losses
1. Where, in using the Services and/or accessing the Website, any of your actions cause any losses to the Company, you shall be liable for and shall compensate the Company for all costs and expenses incurred or suffered.

In the event of any inquiries, complaints or claims raised by third parties due to the said actions by you, you shall be solely responsible and liable to the said third parties to resolve such inquiries, complaints or claims at your own cost and shall indemnify and keep indemnified and hold the Company harmless at all times in respect thereof.

2. We may at our sole discretion, whether in full or in part, deduct any costs and expenses incurred or suffered by us from any Remittance due to you, and remit to you the remainder of the Remittance after deduction of such costs and expenses, if any.

For the avoidance of doubt, the exercise of the foregoing discretion by us shall not be deemed as a waiver of our other rights and remedies against you and we reserve the right to recover from you, whether in full or in part, any costs and expenses incurred or suffered by us.

3. Please take note Dropshipii is free of responsible and will not bear on any costs that incurred due to the damage caused by the logistics courier service when delivery.

Please take note that certain Dropshipii Supported Logistics Partners does not allow compensation claim for certain nature of product (Example goods that containing liquid, foods and are fragile).

For sellers that sells such item, please do ensure you have packaged the item safely to minimize the risk of being damaged in transit.
